The Consumerology Report is a national survey commissioned by Bensimon Byrne and conducted by The Gandalf Group. It is a quarterly initiative designed to discover how important macro trends may, or may not, be impacting individual consumer behaviour. The study provides a unique perspective on Canadian attitudes.
